  • “Is this still available?”

    Availability changes quickly. If the listing is still visible on our website, the unit is currently available. We recommend submitting an application or contacting our office as soon as possible to secure the unit.

  • “How do I apply?”

    There is a $30 application fee per application. It does not take long for us to process your application. Usually we can have applications approved within the same day.


  • “Are utilities included”

    Utilities vary by property. Many of our properties include water, sewer, garbage, and heat, while residents are typically responsible for electricity. Please refer to the specific listing or contact our office for details.

  • “How much is the deposit?”

    The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.

  • “Do you accept pets? How many?”


    Yes, we are pet-friendly with a limit of two pets per unit. A nonrefundable pet deposit is required, along with a monthly pet fee of $35 per pet. Additional restrictions may apply by property.

  • “Can I pay my rent online?”

    Yes! You will have your own resident portal where you can pay your rent, submit maintenance requests & communicate with your property manager. Available on our website cornerstonerentalsmgt.com -click “Tenant Login” at the top.

  • “How do I renew my lease?”

    Please contact your Property Manager to renew your lease.

  • “Do you offer incentives?”

    We do offer incentives. Please contact us and ask what incentives are currently being offered.

  • “What are your lease terms?”

    We offer flexible lease terms. There is a short-term lease fee for lease terms under 12 months.

  • “Do you offer credits for referring a friend?”

    Yes we do! Please contact your property manager to find out what kind of resident referral bonus we are currently offering.
