“Is this still available?”
If you see an ad for a specific apartment or house, please contact us. Chances are likely it is still available if you see an advertisement. We will respond to your inquiry ASAP.

“How do I apply?”

There is a $20 application fee per application. It does not take long for us to process your application. Usually we can have applications approved within the same day.

“Are utilities included”
It depends on the unit. We try to let you know what utilities you will pay in the advertisement we post. Usually residents only pay electric in multi-plex apartments & residents pay all utilities in single family homes.

“How much is the deposit?”
It depends on the unit. Deposits are usually $300 to one month’s rent.

“Do you accept pets? How many?”
Yes! We are pet friendly. We allow up to 2 pets per unit.

“What is the pet fee & pet rent?”
$200 pet fee & $35 pet rent per pet.
Dogs have an additional $60 DNA testing fee at some locations.

“Can I pay my rent online?”
Yes! You will have your own resident portal where you can pay your rent, submit maintenance requests & communicate with your property manager. Available on our website cornerstonerentalsmgt.com -click “Tenant Login” at the top.

“How do I renew my lease?”
Please contact your Property Manager to renew your lease.

“Do you offer incentives?”
We do offer incentives. Please contact us and ask what incentives are currently being offered.

“What are your lease terms?”
We offer flexible lease terms. There is a short-term lease fee for lease terms under 12 months.

“Do you offer credits for referring a friend?”
Yes we do! Please contact your property manager to find out what kind of resident referral bonus we are currently offering.
